C T Mantsebo specializes in assisting with specific research into requirements for visa applications, asylum claims,entry clearance applications, business and work visas and permits as well as family and fiance visas. With over thirty years of experience in legal practice in several jurisdictions, and traversing both public and private practice, in diverse practice areas, I bring to my current engagement a demonstrably culturally sensitive and broad-based approach to issues that come up under UK immigration law. I trained in Zimbabwe in and I registered as a Legal Practitioner in 1985.I am registered as a Solicitor and Barrister with the General Legal Council of Sierra Leone. I am eligible to sit for the qualifying tests for admission as a solicitor in England and Wales . Outside of immigration law as an area of practice I am a passionate advocate for the respect for and the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights. The focus of my current research and study is strategies on combating the endemic corruption in the African continent and in Zimbabwe, in particular.
