Find balance and stability. Every breath you take brings you deeper into you. Join Marti and Starr Lee and the team of yoga teachers at InBliss to guide you . Class time: We have classes for those new to yoga that we call Basic Yoga level (1) Focus on alignment and breath work. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday 10am. We have Combo Yoga level (1-2) for beginners and intermediate students Monday- Thursday at 7:00, Wednesday at5:30p, and Saturday 9am & 10:30 am. Ashtanga Mix Yoga Level (2-3) a physically demanding practice heavy on Sun Salutations, arm strengthening Chaturangas and jump backs in a heated room. Monday and Tuesday at 5:30 pm 90 min classes. Wednesday Rock Star Arm Balance 5:30 pm 60 min class level (3) Vigorous sequences to bring you to your place of bliss and power with a post yoga euphoria state of being. Thursday 10am Ashtanga Mix level (2-3) 60 min class. Friday it's time to Relax and Restore at 10am. We have Yoga for Every Body. Bring your body to Yoga it will thank you!

General Info
Every Thursday " Yoga for The People" donation classes. We offer Basic and Ashtanga Mix for the people of our community. This is for anyone to drop in and take yoga once a week. Give what you can. We have Basic Yoga at 5:30 pm and 7pm and Ashtanga Mix at 10:00am, 5:30 pm to LIVE MUSIC and 7pm. On this day all classes are Donation Only.
