Recipe for snow ice cream: Mix two cups of milk and/or cream, plus a heaping cup of powdered sugar, OR get out a can of sweetened condensed milk and add about a 1/4 cup of regular milk. Add a teaspoon of vanilla. Beat with a whisk in a huge bowl. Add about 8 cups of snow or more and mix it together. We like to use a whisk, then switch to a spoon to blend in the final cups of snow. Serve immediately. We like a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a little whipped cream on top, too. (We will be working remotely today, with our snow ice cream, due to the weather.)

Here is another great photography blog about a wedding. Amanda and Max's Spanish-influenced wedding theme is evident in their wedding stationery. The bride and groom looked gorgeous and oh so much in love. Take a peek to see what happens when a wedding planner tries not to be a planner on her wedding day! http://becciames.com/blog/2015/amanda-max-wedding-mateo-durham-nc

Choosing a Holiday Card Photo... It can be difficult to choose a photo for your holiday cards. Should you choose something you already have, or take a new one? Use one from the beach this past summer or pose by the Christmas tree? Use a candid from last year’s present unwrapping or pose everybody in matching clothes? For tips, visit our blog: http://indigoevdevelopment.com/choose-holiday-card-photo/
