I've always been interested in alternative healing, I've reached level 2 as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, I've studied Reflexology and done many workshops on energy healing, including Matrix Energetics. I'm also a qualified Massage in Schools Programme Instructor. When my daughters were babies I instinctively massaged them knowing it was a good thing. When I knew I was going to be a nanna I decided to become a qualified Infant Massage Instructor and I studied with IMIS (Infant Massage Information Service). From the time my grandson arrived, I massaged him almost every day until he was about 2 years of age and this helped to form an incredible bond with him. I've been a certified Infant Massage Instructor since 2009 teaching mums and dads individually and also group sessions.
