Ingram Engineering specializes in the design and production of the highest quality and most versatile audio recording and reproduction studio tools available.
Ingram Engineering pre-amplifier designs are original and crafted using transformer coupling, discrete op amp building blocks and unique pre-amp topologies that provide great sound and unparalleled consistency under all usage conditions. Our designs have been noted for their flexibility in shaping tones for best quality, high headroom, low noise JFET amplifiers with excellent sound, ultra linear phase and extended frequency response for best transient characteristics, extremely tight gain matching between channels for stereo mic or make-up gain applications and best overall utility in the studio. Whether your application requires one “desert isle” mic pre as your only solution or requires sonic flavor to augment your large mixing console and well known outboard gear, our equipment fits the need.

Many thanks to Blackbird Audio Rentals, Randy Kohrs and Pepper's Pro Shop for continued Nashville support. Contact any of them for local demo's of the MPA575.
Oct 2013: We're headed to the Audio Engineering Society Convention in New York. We have a lot of news to share regarding new MPA685 customers and demos. We also will be spreading the word about a new until-now secret project in the lab: in 2014 we will be introducing our first 500-series module, the MPA575. We're still now sure how, but we squeezed a mic pre, compressor and EQ into the small 500 series size. The MPA575 Mic Signal Processor combines the same beautiful sound of the rack mount products with a simple and intuitive compressor and EQ. We will also be spreading the word about our friend/partner Bob Starr's new 500-series equalizer called the PEQ-1549. His company, RTZ Audio, introduced this EQ in 2013.
