Many people are struggling in areas of their lives that are not specific in nature. Marital problems affect work. Blended family issues can cause strain at work. Depression affects everything. Holistic Life Coaching sessions addresses each individual as a whole. While delving into specific programs and beliefs we didn't even know we had, or didn't realize were affecting us negatively we can clear triggers and blocks in one area which alleviates strain in many other areas of our lives. Strictly focusing on work related coaching or marital coaching limits us from finding balance in every area of our lives. With private sessions we can delve deeply into areas of concern and create harmony and balance, in group sessions, awareness can be created to larger groups on opportunities to provide support and relief on a larger scale. Whether in a professional or personal setting, this approach works seamlessly for all participants. By offering speaking engagements we can create a foundation of knowledge to what support systems are out there for many sectors of our culture. All demographics will benefit from a greater awareness of mental stability, relationship harmony and over all health and well being. While some enjoy tackling challenges they face with a certified Holistic Coach, others are motivated to assist others. In recognizing this need, it is my pleasure to offer courses for those few who feel it is their purpose to provide this assistance and guidance to others on their quest for personal harmony.
