We are so excited you found us.The International Center for Torah Studies is a Bible College and learning Center teaching the Hebrew Roots of the Christian Faith. STBM Melbourne holds Bible classes from the International Center for Torah Studies (ICTS) during the week. STBM Melbourne also has a community weekly service held on Saturday's from 10 am and 1:30 pm for worship and Bible teaching from Rabbi Ralph Messer. We are an extension of the vision of Rabbi Ralph Messer the founder of Simchat Torah Beit Midrash out of Englewood, CO. We are one of many locations throughout the United States.
