Activities includes trips around the UK during the weekend, language classes, cultural evenings, social events, hospitality scheme, families group and more. How To Get to International Society
By Bus: From Piccadilly Gardens, take 42, 43, 44, 142, 143 towards University of Manchester. We are located opposite the University of Manchester's Students Union and next to Kro Bar on Oxford Road. By train: Manchester Oxford Road train station - Once you get off the station, it's 10 mins walk from the station towards the University of Manchester campus. You can also take the bus from the Palace Theatre bus stop (same buses as above). Manchester Piccadilly train station - You can walk from the train station towards Piccadilly Gardens to take the bus (same as above). You could also take the no.147 bus (the stop is on Fairfield Street) and it will take you straight to the University of Manchester campus.

The International Society is an independent, not-for-profit organisation unique to the City of Manchester. We aim to provide international students with a warm and friendly welcome when they arrive in the city and to make their time in the UK a wonderful experience. We are committed to promoting international friendship and celebrating cultural diversity and through this hope to make a contribution to international relations.
