About International Space Agency The formal Incorporation process as a Not For Profit Corporation started in 1988 at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. In May of 1990 the International Space Agency was incorporated in New York State as United Space Federation because the New York State Government refused the use of the rightful name of International Space Agency. Trademark & Copyrights for Name, Public Identity, Concept was in Legal Disput until October 2006, when full rights to the Name, Public Identity, Concept was won and approved in October of 2006 through the U.S. Patient & Trademark Office and Copyright Office.
