City of Inverness Youth Pipe band at the Highland Military Tattoo Civic Reception in Inverness yesterday evening. The Highland Military Tattoo at Fort George (9th -11th September 2016) is the biggest Military Tattoo outside Edinburgh showcasing Military and Highland Culture.
