Ipp4life was designed in a prison environment. It is the dream and development of Martin Broughton who founded this company whilst serving a sentence within HMP Manchester and studying a CYQ Level 2 in Fitness Instructing. It was considered whilst in this environment that some if not all individuals would like to get fit, lose a bit of weight here and there, and develop a new healthy routine/lifestyle. However, then it was regarded that a lot of people cannot afford to pay joining fees, membership fees and then pay for the services of a qualified Personal Trainer. Martin only had to look around the landings within the prison environment and the gymnasium itself to see how people lacked the motivation or even knowledge when it came to the exercises and techniques in question. It was also considered that maybe a lot of individuals may have a phobia of the gym environment and this could be one of the biggest hurdles for them. This is where ipp4life steps up to the mark.. We don't require you to have a gym membership, you don't even have to pay a joining fee and our Personal Trainer will even train you in the comfort of your own home. There are many well thought out routes around the Salford City area where our Personal Trainer can train you such as environments like Worsley Woods, The Bridgewater Canal and the local park areas. Whatever your fitness goal(s) come give us a try.....
