Description

IPSB College offers a master-level massage therapy education with a focus on the most effective and requested healing modalities while teaching the practitioner proper body mechanics to ensure a long and successful career. Students receive all of the skills, history and experience necessary to become expert health professionals in the growing field of integrative health. Over 50 faculty, with eight masters, each who continue the lineage of the original founders, teach students the dynamic and rare knowledge passed on to a select group of bodyworkers and massage therapists, which become our graduates. Founded in 1977 as the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing and later renamed the International Professional School of Bodywork, the school quickly became fondly known as IPSB. IPSB College is noted for its commitment to excellence, the quality of its faculty and staff, and the quality of its students and graduates. Not surprising, IPSB College is institutionally accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA), is a member of the Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI), is approved as a CEU provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing and as a CE provider by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). It is also approved by the Department of Education to offer Title IV funding and Federal Student Aid to students who qualify.
