Jim Quinn has been tattooing for over 20 years all across the US. He worked all the way from the bottom and opened his own shop. Istari Studios is a full custom tattoo shop in sunny Tucson, AZ. He has some of the baddest artists on the planet working right next to him. The shop is located at 711 E 9th St. in the Historical Henry Electric Building. Come in and take a tour and give us some ideas. Yes, we are named after The Lord of the Rings.
