My name is Lauren Hatcher, and I am a mom of 5. I started ItFITSMommy LLC to empower myself and other women to do it "ALL" in a healthy way. As we all know, being a mom is a full-time job. When you add in taking care of yourself correctly and having a career - there must be a lifestyle change and focus. ItFITSMommy is about TOTAL WELLNESS. More than just fitness, it's about finding balance mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. I have incorporated some things into my life that have shifted things in a positive way, and I want to share those with YOU!
