The beautiful Jack London Square waterfront is home to this farmers' market that offers the best of California's agricultural bounty direct from the farmer to you. Find fruits, vegetables, greens, and nuts as well as freshly baked breads and pastries, delicious specialty foods, fresh flowers, and much more. Weekly events include: Free Yoga Classes on the Market Green 9:30-10:30 a.m. year-round Start off your Sunday the relaxing way. Bring your own mat or towel and find a place on the grass for this free hour-long class. Participants of all skill levels are welcome. Jump House for Kids 9-2 p.m., approx. April-October Bring the little ones to the jumphouse so they can work up an appetite for all of the great food the market offers. Jump house is available every Sunday. Live Music on the Market Green Stage 11:30a a.m. - 2 p.m., approx. May-October Every week great local acts take to the main stage on the market green. Grab some lunch from one of the farmers' market vendors or one of Jack London Square's great restaurants and make it a picnic along the waterfront!

How To Get to Jack London Square Farmers' Market

The Jack London Square Farmers' Market stretches along Water Street - which runs parallel to Embarcadero - from Franklin St. west to the new Jack London Square Market Building. Driving: Parking is available in garages accessible from Broadway and Franklin and the surface lot accessible from Embarcadero at Webster. Validations are available from Jack London Square merchants or the farmers' market information booth. Valet is available at the turn-arounds on Broadway and Franklin St. BART: 12th St. Oakland City Center Bart, then walk 0.6 mile South on Broadway, turn left at water street and walk one block; OR Lake Merrit Bart Station, Head South on Oak St. seven blocks. Turn right on Embarcadero and head west for about two blocks. the market is on the waterfront behind the big grey building! AMTRAK: Oakland Amtrak Station is located next to Jack London Square. From the terminal, walk west on Embarcadero/1st Street to Webster Street, turn left and walk through the palm tree plaza and you're in the Market!
