Jackson's Bistro Bar & Sushi opened on Harbour Island in 1997 and is one of the only waterfront venues in Tampa. Because it is locally owned and independently managed, Jackson's can keep up with the demands of an ever-evolving Tampa and deliver the upscale experience and tremendous value that guests demand. Happy hour pricing Monday-Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Friday night happy hour is a great atmosphere with a DJ playing live Top 40 music while guests enjoy the magnificent sunset over Tampa Bay. Jackson’s features private dining, Friday & Saturday Nightlife, and Sunday Brunch too! You can even bring your dogs to bask in the warm weather out on the patio.
