My name is Jade and i am a self taught home baker based in Salford. I pride myself not only on stunning detail and presentation but equally on flavour. WHAT WE PROVIDE: Cupcakes Tray bakes / Tiffin Cookies Muffins Chocolates Marshmallow lollypops Wedding and event favours Dessert Table Service Party Bags Cookies Cake Pops CUPCAKE FLAVOURS: Madagascan Vanilla Zesty Lemon Orange Chocolate Oreo Mint Chocolate Candyfloss Chocolate Strawberry White Chocolate Cranberry, Orange & White Chocolate If you do not see a flavour you may be after then don't be afraid to ask! 1 flavour per 6 cupcakes. No occasion is off limits! From a small box of Thank You cupcakes to a large wedding event, we can provide for all! HOW TO ORDER: Message us or email us on the address provided. In your message please state the quantity, decoration/theme, flavour, the date you need your order for & whether you can collect or need delivery. Please order as far in advance as possible. As each and every week differs we can not determine how much notice we need. So if you are planning to order months even a year in advance please do so! Sometimes we can fit in last minute orders but sometimes we can not especially if a cupcake order involves detailed themed toppers. We hate to turn down orders because we are already fully booked. If you wish to order then a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. For weddings or equally big events, an agreement can be made to pay in installments. Deposits and payments are to be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. We only deal with cash in hand if we have advertised spare treats or had an offer on such as our Chocolate Tuesdays which happen each month. I do not have my number published online as it is my private number but if you feel phoning is necessary then please contact us with your number and we will call you when we are free to do so. Please take a look through our photo albums on here. Don't be afraid to ask if you do not see a theme you were hoping for, we are always wanting new ideas and themes to work with! It's what makes the job exciting and there hasn't been a theme that we haven't been able to accomplish! We also own www.facebook.com/handstitchedbyjade to, so as you are aware we do have limited space as we spend a lot of time on craft orders too! Please pop by and take a look for something different to our cupcakes! Thank you - Jade's Cupcakes x IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our kitchen has passed inspection with Salford Environmental Health & we own the appropriate Food Hygiene Certificate. We are also fully insured. In case of a complaint: Please contact us within 48 hours or you receiving your order from us if you feel that your order is not up to our usual standards. Once you have contacted us you should then return your order to us so we can inspect the issue ourselves. This is for two reasons: So we can improve on the issue in future and so we can see what the problem is ourselves. If your order is returned to us and we are satisfied that we have not provided our usual quality then we will refund you via your original payment method. Thank you.
