I am a fully qualified Personal Development Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist . Born in Wales, a chance opportunity came for me to move to Hampshire at the tender age of 16. Not quite Bright Lights, Big City however, still exciting to be only 50 minutes away from London! Most of my adult working life has been within finance industry, progressing to the banks and consequently into the Mortgage arena. On the birth of my second child, I found myself at a confusing crossroads, as many people do. Needing to do something purposeful and fulfilling, a decision was made to draw upon something that I love, which is to improve people’s lives. As a result I gained my certification in Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy to offer my clients a new perspective and the tools help to gain results they seek. Utilising an eclectic mix of therapies. Focusing on individual development in all forms, I have always been a ‘people person’ and an absolute natural when it comes to seeking resolve for others with their personal and professional strife. I guarantee a warm welcome, genuine approach with a sunny disposition. Giving 100% commitment and discretion to you. I am available for weekend or evening appointments subject to availability and also available for skype sessions. The issues I cover are: self esteem, confidence, anxiety and stress.
