I speak French and English. Undertaking my training mostly in Canada, I'm specializes in Hatha yoga, and became a certified Yoga Instructor in India. Part of my passion is travelling and I took many different workshops in cities across India as well as South East Asia. I also learned how to meditate through the Vipassana techniques and under the guidance of Dr. Omanand (Guruji) in India. In my teaching, I focus not only on the physical aspect of yoga but also the restorative and spiritual side as well. I am currently under another training for teachers with Hart Lazer...
