1 house, 25 creatives, 24/7 company. New home for creatives in Amsterdam; working and living under one roof. Experience designer Tijn Hoyng lived and worked in Silicon Valley together with designers, developers, sales managers and all sort of different entrepreneurs under one roof. The mix of expertise with the same entrepreneurial mentality has given birth to the most interesting projects. So this was what he would like to achieve in The Netherlands too and that is why he started ‘Je m’apelle Company’. The idea behind this name is ‘companionship’ and ‘company’ because these people work and live together 24/7. Here in Amsterdam Tijn started by getting people enthusiastic about his idea and found a location in Amsterdam-West. His plan saw it’s first success when the venue was filled within no time; with people working for Achtung!, I amsterdam, Amsterdam Worldwide, Unilever, Wanderbrief and Ahold. Along with those currently part of the company, there's a waiting list and Je m’apelle Company receives many requests from property owners in Amsterdam. The open structure of living and working together with talented and inspiring peers is a melting pot for new initiatives, innovation and exploration. Every single member has expertise and insights that they want to share in an inspiring (atmos)sphere, in the living areas, the large roof terrace or the 90sqm office. All this, together with their individual networks combined provides a golden combination. "Je m’apelle Company’ was the ideal place to launch my startup Wanderbrief.
