It can catch one off guard and may cause disillusion. When that happens, we seek answers, solutions, resolutions or someone for validation. As a psychotherapist, I am fortunate to witness miracles everyday with my clients. The smallest step forward is still a miracle. It takes courage to take the smallest step. I worked with teens, men and women who have experienced trauma. I have also worked with children in the foster care system. My expertise is treating family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, and sexual trauma. I utilize a holistic approach with Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential modalities. My clients invite me into their sacred space to witness their pain and recovery. I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey. I will meet you where you are and walk with you.
