I have always had a love and passion for an active lifestyle. I played several sports, including Little Athletics, Tennis, Netball and Basketball, all though my primary and high school years. I signed up at my first gym at age of 16, and dabbled in sports modelling competitions in April of 2013. I've been an avid CrossFiter since June 2013. As the mum of two young children, helping mum's stay fit and healthy both during and after pregnancy is a passion that is close to my heart. When I'm not spending time with my two beautiful kids, you can find me training at CrossFit Mode perfecting my handstand holds, working on my clean & jerks or mastering on my double unders. The Nitty-Gritty Stuff: I have my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and am a Level One Master Trainer and Kettlebell Trainer. I also have CPR & Senior First Aid certificate, Bronze Medallion and registered with Fitness Australia.
