Jika Jika! is an electronic music event situated in Derry in the North of Ireland. Past guests have included Sven Vath, Danny Tenaglia, Sasha, John Digweed, Ben Klock, Robert Hood, Marcel Dettmann, Josh Wink, Midland, Ame, M.A.N.D.Y, James Holden, Eats Everything, Ivan Smagghe, Paul Woolford, Will Saul and countless others. Jika Jika! originally came into existence as Inertia in December of 2000 and since then we've celebrated our Birthday every December. We began as an outlet for underground house & techno music in Derry, breaking new sounds and giving quality DJ's and producers the opportunity to let people hear what they are about, as a collective we aim to bring music lovers and likeminded individuals together without the restraints of commercial clubbing. Everyone that comes through our doors is involved to some extent as the party would be nothing without our friends and guests, these are the people that make the night special. However the music is only an accompaniment. We appreciate every person that has ever come and danced or contributed over the years.
