Inspired by her love of cupcakes and social media, this combination of the two seemed a perfect way to share with others the joy that comes from indulging in these delicious treats! Jo has lived in a few different states in all corners of the US and has also traveled abroad. The experiences from visiting many different places and trying new things have given Jo a broad appreciation for all types of flavors. In turn, the food, mainly cupcakes, which she creates, aims to reach a multi-dimensional flavor palate. Along with having a range of flavors, the cupcakes also consist of different textures. The mix of flavors and textures is what fascinates Jo most about food and the reactions people have when they taste something that indulges all the senses is her favorite part! “‘Do what you love,’ my dad always said.
