Hi! I'm Jodie, a Remedial Therapist - practising Remedial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Bowen Therapy with over 10 years experience. I am an avid runner, passionate foodie and nutrition lover. I am in my final year of studies to be a Naturopath and Nutritionist. I have worked with Rugby Teams, in Day Spa's and then for myself, as a Remedial Therapist since 2010. I am also a Naturopathy and Nutrition student and will complete my studies in 2017. The clinic I work from has an excellent team of Naturopaths - Carla Linkerhof (over 20 years experience), Bridget Mohr (over 17 years experience) & Peta Carter (over 4 years experience). They are all dedicated to providing evidence based, trialled and researched natural health care alternatives for both chronic and acute disease, along with wellbeing and lifestyle guidance. Personally, I strive to assist all my clients in achieving a pain free life and help them gain the physical and emotional balance they have been lacking. My treatments are always tailored to your needs and I am more than happy to be silent for an hour! I have a particular interest in whole body balancing due to my studies in Nutrition and also love of running and sport. I aspire to educate where needed, the benefits of food as medicine and movement as medicine; along with encouraging awareness of your own physical and emotional self.
