Welcome! My name is Jody Whelden. I am so pleased you are visiting. My life has been dedicated to finding the answer to the question, “What is true power?” My journey has brought me to believe true power resides in believing in inner journey to the source. There we find the great consciousness of peace. When we center ourselves in this understanding, we learn to trust the messages that come to us. We then making choices in alignment with the universe and our path. There are as many paths as there are individuals. In embracing this diversity, we create balance and peace within ourselves and with others. I call my work Creating Peace Within and With Others: Holisitic Skills for Everyday Living. I teach workshops, do speaking engagements, write books and blogs, and generally share my knowledge for creating balance and peace in life. I love to be invited to come and speak. I have experience as a board certified hospital chaplain, Unitarian Universalist minister, writer, psychotherapist, artist, educator and high school guidance counselor.
