Description

Jon Haire first started playing the guitar at the age of 11, and by 13, he and his father, Arty Haire Senior, built their first solid bodied electric. At 15, Jon worked at a music store as a trainee, eager to repair guitars. By 16, he began studying service electronics at tech college. After leaving school, he completed a four year apprenticeship in engineering with a major manufacturer. Until 1992, when he established Guitar Services, he was teaching guitar as well as building and repairing. Presently, Guitar Services is in it's 23rd year.
