From Huntington Beach, California. Joncen moved to Chandler, Arizona to attend Arizona State University for the Economics and Tourism Development Management program. Joncen continued his path towards becoming a hair designer by attending Carsten Institute. Specializing in the exclusive French hair cutting techniques, Joncen also combined his knowledge with previous Vidal precision cutting skills. Trained under the famous French hair designer Carsten WIlms and worked with certified educators of L’oreal Professionnels. Continuing his journey, Joncen assisted at Jo’ Paris Salon in North Scottsdale learning advanced French Techniques. He worked with the previous Cannes Film Festival official stylist Jo O. and 2010’s reputable HairWars winner, Marissa. In 2013, his work was featured on the notorious Modern Salon Media. Currently, Joncen is at the world-class, luxurious experience Rambha spa & salon in Chandler. Although he is in the higher end level of service, Joncen believes in providing more than cost. Price is affordable and techniques contained mathematical formulas with premium products. This will offer optimal results with a customized outcome to fit any lifestyle. With his passion towards the fashion and modern perspective of the industry, he has worked behind the scenes in fashion photo shoots and hair shows like the Arizona Miss Chinese Pageant. He is also affiliated with fitness models from the IFBB Bikini & Tropic Beauty Bikini competitions. Joncen has also worked for companies like BCBG MAZAZRIA, BEBE & GIORGIO ARMANI, with over five years of experience as a high-end personal stylist. Joncen is certified with many advanced color, cut, style, salon professionalism courses and the Esthiology program.. He has worked and trained with product brands including; L'Oreal Professionnel, Goldwell, Redken, Bumble&Bumble, Intelligent Nutrients, Pravana, Murad, SkinScript and many other. Beside from product lines, Joncen has worked with experienced stylists affiliated with the Vidal Sassoon, Toni&Guy, Dessange, Jean Louis David, Aveda and many other cutting systems. “Every design begins with quality” is his motto. He believes in quality over quantity & each client will receive an in-depth consultation that includes; a visual blueprint, recommended haircare & an extensive product regimen.
