About Josef Tautscher Personal Training Josef originally from the Channel Islands but of Scottish and Austrian parents has always been a keen health and fitness enthusiast. As a child Josef spent most of his winters in the mountains of Austria, where at the age of 2 he learnt to ski and developed a passion for winter sports. As a result he trained and worked for over 5 years as a Ski Instructor in the country, over this time he generated a great deal of experience teaching and coaching clients of all ages and levels. He went on to further his passion for health, fitness and sports, which culminated in him Qualifying as a Master Trainer and Fitness & Motivation Coach through the European Institute of Fitness. Josef's qualifications and experience has given him a thirst and passion to really help coach and assist his clients in achieving their goals. Josef see's each session with his clients not only as a personal training session but as a shared experience where he can truly motivate his clients into achieving their goals, adapting the sessions appropriately to respond to the needs and requirements of each client. He believes each client should leave their sessions feeling motivated and positive to move on to their next stage of training/life. Josef has an ever growing list of qualifications including Master Trainer and Fitness & Motivation Coach (REPS Level 2 and Level 3 Instructor and Personal Trainer) Including: - Advanced Personal Training Skills - Specific Populations - Nutrition and Weight Management - Lifestyle and Motivation Coaching Austrian Anwaerter & LS1+2 Ski Instructor Qualifications Austrian Alpine-course - Avalanche Awareness and Rescue Qualification Austrian (State of Salzburg) Mountain Hiking Guide and First Aid Certificate
