What makes a town or city or a community?? It's the people and business's within that community. What makes it nice or not so nice? The money it has!!

Description

The idea and drive behind my company is several dreams or ideas I am constantly trying to think how/what can I do for this locally owned and operated company that is ran by someone no different from me, but they had the courage and the incredible belief in themselves, (yes it takes courage and believing in yourself, more so than it does money to start a business), to stand up and against all odds, and people's doubts, along with their own fears of failure or being unsuccessful, a person that maintained that drive and knowledge in themselves and their goal that they were going to make this work despite the incredible stress and fear of failure. We all face stress in our everyday lives, but I find the stress of running a business something unlike typical stress, this is something you wanted or felt driven to do your entire life, but it's a stress that in the beginning consumes you 24/7, you constantly thinking about work and/or business related stuff, even though every thing is going fine and your doing alright, you always want to do better and be the best company people think of. and you know that your business is going to benefit people outside of yourself and you know in one way or another that you will have a positive impact on peoples lives I would love to be a part of- or at least one of the people in the community that actually cares and wants to better peoples lives and make there lives better in any way I can. I have a very deep sense of pride in the city/community that I've always lived in, I want it to be the best city that it possibly can, I want it to look nice and have nice parks and plenty of kid and/or adult friendly entertainment and plenty of fun and exciting things to do at any given time, I want the people to live a higher level of life, have some extra money, I would like to see people getting paid what they should be or even more. That right there can all happen from small locally owned and operated business's, not from the big national chain stores we all know about and get things from every week, that spend million if not billions off dollars for advertising on TV, the radio, and with paper that stuffs our mail boxes with a bunch of papers, that we almost all just throw in the trash or recycle it away. The owners of these companies have no interest in our community, or being involved in making the place we live as nice and best as they can. They live in a their own city basically, (mansions), hundred/thousand acre lots with ridiculous houses and 20 cars and this that and the other, built in there own city (or mansion), because the only ones they care about, are the people that live in there city (mansion). That's themselves, wife/husband and kids. While not only minimizing the cost and fees that business's are automatically forced to pay- by first and foremost the credit card companies, and than also trying to educate people in the community the importance of what an impact that small local business's actual have in and on Tucson and the impact that they in fact have to a community. I never stopped to think about it honestly, not until I talked to my friend which is opening his 3rd barbershop and is only 29 years old, the impact that local business had. After talking to him and venturing out everyday and meeting more and more local business owners, do I realize without them we wouldn't have anything. It's these ideas that drive me and I want to create something bigger as my company grows with the help and support of the other locally owned and operated companies, that I would love to create a program or something that bring owner and consumer together, outside of a business only environment, so the average consumer or customer can realize the importance of what a local business owner is about and more importantly who they are, and see that they are no different than themselves, they are not a suit and tie highly educated, British speaking billionaire or even millionaire, that is in a higher class or lifestyle than they are. The typical local business owner is just as broke as the average person in the community, faces the same problems and stress as the average person in the community, doesn't have a brand new car or live in the house on the side of the mountain, no most of them live in a simple regular house or neighborhood that's not on a golf course or is any more nicer than the typical house, and that's my ultimate goal right now. Is to show the local business owners my gratitude for everything they have created and brought to Tucson, and thank you all from the bottom of my heart for providing me a decent place to be proud of and call home, and my only wish is that we can work together and make this a good or ultimately a great place for people to call home.
