Background & Experience I am 32 years of age and live in Toowong Brisbane. I have been a member of the Defence Force for twelve years as an Engineer. My background in fitness consists of 6 years, training a very select few personnel in specific goals. I also have spent the past 10 years training large groups of military members to enable them to gain fitness for specific stresses placed on them during deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. Why & When I became a trainer I obtained my certificate 3 and 4 fitness in 2013 and participate regularly in continuation training to further develop my skills. I became a personel trainer as I am extremely passionate about fitness and love the outdoors. I want to be able to pass on as much knowledge as possible to my clients to motivate and ignite their own passion for fitness. What makes me different from other trainers The difference between myself and other trainers is that I will give you some awesome training but at the same time will educate you with all knowledge I have, so you can create a lifestyle of health and fitness. My specialities I have worked in strength, endurance and the most important of all mental fitness however, whatever your goal is I will tailor my specialities to suit these goals.
