KANGATRAINING is a specifically designed workout for mums and babies. With KANGATRAINING you don´t have to wait till your baby is asleep or quiet before working out. KANGATRAINING means safe, overall fitness while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you. KANGATRAINING is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular strength/capacity are enhanced. Pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and correct posture are given special attention. KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout. Mums that have *SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED* their 6 week postnatal check up are welcome to join us. Please note promotions vary from venue to venue and are at the discretion of the individual Kangatraining Instructor.
Kangatraining is back in North Melbourne! The first class today was a full success! Even a birthday girl joined me and I am sure I will have same slightly sore muscles tomorrow! **Kangatraining (Newport)** For Mums & Bubs coming along to tomorrow mornings session, Newport Gardens Early Years Centre will be closed tomorrow for their daycare & kinder programs, however MCHC, Yooralla & Kangatraining are still operating as normal. When you arrive tomorrow morning for your session, the main doors will be closed, so please shoot me through a text when you've arrived and I can let you in. :D
