Reiki sessions begin lying down or seated, fully clothed in a quiet, peaceful space. Reiki can be passed through light touch or hovering hands. If the client has a specific request such as discomfort in a certain area that area will be focused on. If there are no requests I do a complete scan of the body using techniques such as: pendulum work, stones/crystals, sage clearing, visualization, baoding balls, aromatherapy, reiki symbols, mantras, chakras, incenses, verbal cues from a higher power. I realize that not everyone has experienced Reiki and it may seem a little "weird." Let me ease your mind in offering at any time during our session you can tell me that you are uncomfortable. I will alter what I am doing to bring back the balance. With this said, Reiki is a unique experience. Everyone practices and receives in a different way. There is no correct or incorrect way to receive. Reiki cannot harm you or the practitioner. Reiki energy will go where it is needed. Reiki energy promotes relaxation, healing and peace within. Reiki sessions lasts anywhere from 30-90 minutes based on your time and needs. I have a gift and instead of wishing I did not have it, as it comes with many other aspects, I choose to use it to help others and myself.
