I am trained in a range of massage techniques so in any one treatment I blend Sports/Remedial, Myofascial Release, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage in order to support your needs and ensure you get the best out of your massage. Whether you want to reduce chronic pains, address a sports injury, combat stress, improve your posture or simply relax, I will tailor the massage to help you.
