We charge $150 for a new patient consultation. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service. -Emergencies- Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (415) 292-6350 and Dr. Welsh will be contacted immediately. -Cancellations- If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. -Payment- Payment for all services, medical and cosmetic, is due at the time of your visit. We are not a contracted provider for any insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will provide patients with the necessary documentation to submit their medical treatments to their PPO insurance.
