Vinyasa and Seasonal Flow classes – designed to invigorate, strengthen and sculpt the body and mind by combining postures into a flowing and rhythmic sequence. The practice promotes overall wellbeing, flexibility, vitality and stress release. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with poses typically being held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin yoga accesses the connective tissues – the tendons, fascia and ligaments as well as the muscles, leading to increased circulation and improved flexibility. Yin yoga poses also improve the flow of qi - the energy that runs through the meridian pathways of the body, which leads to better organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. A yin yoga practice is more meditative than a more yang practice and is designed to cultivate inner stillness, allowing you to connect with your inner voice.
