I started making jewellery back in college/Uni, back then they were just simple beads on leather/suede thong, but I tended towards more unusual beads - stone, shell etc. I stopped for a while and then picked it back up a few years ago. I love using Artisan crafters handy work and will spend many hours looking around Etsy at all the wonderful Lampwork, Ceramic, and metal components made by artists. I try and use these components where I can, this makes majority of my items one of a kind, they may be replicated but with different colours or slightly different beads.
