KazuNori, The Original Hand Roll Bar, is a new dining experience presented by Sushi Nozawa, LLC, the team behind SUGARFISH and Nozawa Bar. The experience of eating a handroll that’s passed directly to you from the chef just after it’s made is a revelation the first time you experience it. The idea for KazuNori was born from the “wow” experiences many people had when eating handrolls prepared by Nozawa-san at Sushi Nozawa. We built KazuNori so that we could bring that same “wow” experience to our guests. Los Angeles is widely considered to be the epicenter of America’s sushi culture, so we think it’s fitting to open Kazunori, the first restaurant of its kind, in downtown LA.
