If delivering our self we have a starting rate of £1.00 and then add 50p per mile. We will not be responsible for packages lost in the post as we will always have conformation that the package has been sent and therefore you will need to fill in a form and sort out with royal mail (forms can be found at your local post office) Returns: Full refund are accepted within 10 days as-long as its in its original packaging and no damage to the product. Faulty items can be returned for full refund or exchange. Returning items will be down to you to pay the cost and you will receive a refund once we have received the package and checked for damage. Acceptance for a refund will be confirmed via email. PLEASE NOTE: we may ask to see proof of damage before accepting a return.
