Ok ladies so time slots for group personal training session are... Wednesday morning 7.15am-7.45am 9.15-9.45am or Thursday afternoon 12.45pm-1.15pm Each session will be 30mins for £5. Please contact me asap for the limited spaces of 6 only per group. Sessions start next week!!
