Blocks from everything, it is a cozy and comfortable oasis in all that’s great about St Pete! General location: Historic Kenwood in the Heart of St Petersburg’s Grand Central District. Style and decor: The Guest House was built in the 1950’s but went through a full renovation in June 2013. It remains comfortable, with beachy style. The guest house sit on the back of the property with private entrance, carpet and tile throughout, Travertine countertops and full-size tile shower, ceiling fan. Size of the home: The Guest House is 600 square feet. With a full living room with open kitchen, full bath and private bedroom. Bedroom/bathroom: The Guest House has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a double bed sleeper sofa in the living room. It features one full bath. Kitchen: The kitchen, dining and living areas of the main Guest House are one space, which gives the Guest House a very homey feel. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary cookware needed. There is extra seating at the kitchen counter for a few more people. There is a gas grill for those outdoor meals. Living room: The living room adjoins the kitchen and dining area. Comfortable furniture is situated around the living room providing a nice space for end-of-the-day relaxing. There is a television with Cable TV and a DVD Player, wireless Internet, plus a radio with a CD player. Activities nearby: Enjoy walking on the beach, biking on the Pinellas Trail, shopping, kayaking, or just hanging on the private garden area by the Jacuzzi. A quick day trip to Tampa’s Ybor City and Sarasota’s Armand’s Circle is a definite must, as well as a visit to nearby Fort Desoto Beaches. If you don't want to get in the car, you can take a stroll through Kenwood’s Historic Neighborhood right out the back door of the Guest Houses. There's so much to do! Distance to nearest airport: 11 Minutes from the St Pete /Clearwater Airport and only twenty minutes from the Tampa International Airport and only 6.7 miles from the world famous beaches!

Parking - For the convenience of our guests, the Kenwood Kottage Guest House provided one parking spot in the rear of the alley by the Guest House entrance.
