Fun, Friendly & Focused Personal Training. Improve your confidence, self esteem & LOVE yourself and your body again. Based on various weight training, core strength and cardio exercise. I started my fitness journey in 2012, when I decided after years of being unhappy, shy and self conscious I would join a gym. Mentally I needed exercise to help me as I was suffering with depression, which had come from years of feeling inadequate. I had no idea what I was really doing, so I spent an hour doing varied cardiovascular exercise five days a week. I lost two stone but I was still unhappy - I was 'skinny fat' or 'untoned'. This prompted me to qualify in Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer to gain a better understanding of my body and how i works. At the end of 2012 I started involving weight training and resistance into my programme. Within three months my body shape had changed much more than a years worth of cardio had ever done. I am now happier, slimmer, firmer, stronger and feel so much more confident in myself as a person. My goal is to help others achieve what I thought wasn't possible - IT IS!!. We can all be who we want to be, given the correct guidance, support and encouragement.
