Description

My Preschool is based on HOME VALUES. We are a blended family of parents, teachers, and students ranging from 2 - 5 years of age. The entire house is used for the school. Each room has a different subject, allowing the students the time needed to explore and learn. We operate on a weekly theme basis, in which the students are introduced to all the basic information needed to thrive in ANY Kindergarten classroom. "Teaching Literacy Through Songs and Poems" As society continues to change and advance at a rapid rate, more and more guidelines are being placed on our youth. The youngest required to know more and more upon entering into Kindergarten each year. My curriculum is self-written and allows the students to learn through the use of simple nursery rhymes and simple poems, which educates them on the basic for phonemic awareness. This process allows each students the opportunity to learn at their own rate and helps them build the self esteem needed to succeed in today's public school. ALL students develop and I CAN DO IT!!! attitude, which will remain with them far beyond their preschool experiences and into their future.
