Kingston House is located on a beautiful 27-acre family farm and estate in the "Little City by the Sea," Kingston, Washington. Kingston is just 30 minutes by ferry from north Seattle and 13 miles from Bainbridge Island. Kingston House's lavender farm, pond and woods create a wonderful Kitsap County weddings and lodging venue. Kingston House is approximately 4,000 square feet of spectacular Pacific Northwest architecture. Set atop Sycamore Hill, virtually every room enjoys expansive views of the property. Upon entering the Kingston House property, visitors are greeted by a canopy of leaves created by mature sycamore trees. On either side of the driveway are 15 acres of lawn, gardens and groves of fir, oak and madrone trees.
