Description

I graduated from Siberian State Transport University in 1991. In 2002 I moved to Canada, and until 2010 I was specializing in exterior finish, working on many construction cites around GTA. In 2010 I got my real estate license, but the passion for building pushed me to seek more opportunities in the construction field. From the end of 2011 together with my partner we flipped four houses. In each case we bought an old house, performed minor or major renovations and sold it with profit. Each project was different in scale, but I served as a superintended for each project. This experience gave me a thorough knowledge of the building process from paper work to site-management. In march 2015 I joined Rock Star Real Estate Brokerage, which specializes in investments and works with investors. Working with this creative team I help my clients and friends to make profits of real estate investments. В 1991 я закончил Сибирского Государственного Университет Путей Сообщения в Новосибирске (Siberian State Transport University) с красным дипломом. В 2002 году я переехал в Канаду и до 2010 года работал на разных стройках GTA, специализируясь в основном на внешней отделки домов(exterior siding). В 2011 году я получил real estate license, но тяга к строительству осталась, и с конца 2011 мы с партнером успели сделать четыре проекта. Схема была одна и та же – мы покупали старый дом, в разной степени делали ремонт и продавали с прибылью. Каждый проект отличался по степени сложности – от внутреннего ремонта с перепланировкой до постройки нового дома «с нуля». В каждом проекте я руководил строительным процессом лично, и недавно я понял что это был бесценный опыт, т.к. я теперь знаю процесс постройки, как говорится, «от и до». В марте 2015 года я пришел в Rock Star Real Estate Brokerage, который специализируются на инвестициях и работой с инвесторами. Работая в этом свободномыслящим коллективе, я помогаю своим клиентам и друзьям инвестировать в недвижимость и извлекать из этого прибыль.
