Dallas's Neighborhood Restaurant Est. 1979
In 1979, Korea House opened it's doors, for the first time with a daring menu of traditional Korean fare. Eight years later, its owner. Sung Kim expanded her business with a second location, where she still proudly serves today. Since the grand opening, the tiny Dallas Korean community has rapidly expanded, with Korea House as "The Heart of Korea Town". Over the years, although with the rapid growth of neighboring restaurants and other estabilishments around Korea House, it has remained a staid fixture in the field of Korean cuisine with attentive service, beautiful decor, and of course, extra ordinary cuisine. Korea House Restaurant is an experience not to be missed. Korea House presents private VIP and private executive rooms perfect for small business meetings or special family get-togethers. A banquet hall for 80 people is alse available, exquisitely decorated with traditional Korean furniture. Nestled in the midst of regular seating, lies a cozy sushi bar with a full sushi menu. Our professional sushi chefs take great pride in their culinary art, and constantly strive to serve innovative and exciting menus.

All of us, being from "The Big Easy," feel that Dodie's is a blend of Cajun and New Orleans cuisine. Our recipes come from Aunt Lou-Lou, Aunt Daisy, Aunt Susan and of course Mireille Lanusse McGuinness.
