Training Tools Kettlebells Kettlebell training was originally used by the military as a means for optimal training in endurance, strength, and combat. Kettlebell training is integral for providing everything from circuit training to functional strength and endurance. Kickboxing The term kickboxing is a general term used to describe a combination of different striking and martial art styles. From a conditioning perspective, kickboxing utilizes various punching, kicking, and ducking techniques that improve cardiovascular condition, strength, and overall agility.
