My true passion in life is giving others the gift of health and fitness and changing lives. As a registered dietitian, elite personal trainer, and vegan fitness model I love to inspire others to reach their health and fitness goals and help others make positive changes in their lives. I am woman who was bullied through childhood, in an abusive relationship and suffered from an eating disorder so I understand what it’s like to overcome adversity. After a few health scares in the Winter of 2012 I adopted a vegan diet and have become passionate about sharing the health, environmental and economical benefits of plant-based diets with others. My journey has inspired me to empower others to improve their fitness and health while also increasing their confidence and teaching them they can do anything they put their mind to. I believe every person deserves to feel confident and healthy and it is my mission to help them feel and look their best!
