L’Espérance is within very close reach of central Toulon, but sheltered in the small village of the Cap Brun, between Marseille and Nice. The villa is built on a hill with several terraces offering stunning sea views in 3 different directions. It has been recently renovated, and whilst the ambiance remains vintage with antique, family furniture dating from late 18th century to the mid-20th, the house also provides all modern facilities (dishwasher, micro-wave oven, large freezer, washing machine etc) in addition to brand new beddings and kitchen. The house consists of - A large kitchen, storage room, one bathroom with loos, one living room, and one dining room on the ground floor; - Four large bedrooms (2 with en-suites), one smaller bedroom, a loo and a second separate bathroom on the first floor; - one small bedroom and sun terrace on the second floor. There’s also parking space within the property for up to 3 cars. In total there’s enough room for 10 adults and 4 children to be very comfortable. The park is one hectare wide, with many trees and flowers, some cleared out play areas as well as dense vegetation, and stretches from the sea to the top of the hill where an ancient Fort used to protect the harbor of Toulon. Great view on the fireworks of Bastille Day (July 14th) and Virgin Mary’s Day (15th August). The villa can only be accessed via a private path directly from the sea, which makes the property feel very exclusive and special.

General Info

The house can be rented by blocks of 14 consecutive days (starting on a Saturday) during July and August. It can be rented for 7 days (starting on a Saturday) in June, too. The cost per 14 days is as follows: - June: 3,500 € - July: 4,600 € - August: 5,500 € There is also a small fee for cleaning on departure.
