La Forme is a womens only gym, providing many different 29 minute circuits, so is perfect for busy women. We also offer Motivation classes.

Description

Here at La Forme Ladies Fitness, we understand that joining a gym can be intimidating, and our priority is to provide a comfortable environment for all women. Therefore, as our name suggests, we have a strict female only policy, and we guarantee that there will be no male staff or trainers present. Our goal is to empower women by helping them to take complete control of all components of their health. We care deeply about educating all women about what is best not only for their bodies, but also for their mind. We also strongly emphasise that above all, we focus not only on helping women to achieve a healthy target weight range, but also encourage women to nurture and strengthen their bodies. We are extremely passionate about promoting woman power, and we wish to support not only our wonderful women in the workplace but also those ladies who are getting an education to empower their minds, and of course all the lovely family oriented ladies as well. We also provide free 30 minute circuit and motivation classes conducted by fully trained staff throughout the day. These consist of various group and individual exercises including, Cardio, Boxing, Strength, Tabata and much more, as a perfect work out solution for women who have limited time for a full Gym work out. For those ladies who wish to spend more time and go further in their workouts, we also offer our complete facilities and equipment, which are readily available. Our ladies only gym provides friendly and approachable trained staff who are available to help the ladies at all times. We are also always more than willing to answer any questions or queries you may have through either email, or phone.
